 Lianzhong ( Guangzhou ) Stainless Steel Corporation ( LISCO ) is a large scale, modern integrated stainless steel production enterprise approved by the State Council. Designed with the world’s most advanced cutting edge technology, LISCO will be the first and best integrated stainless steel manufacturer in the Southern China. The plant will have melting shop, continuous slab caster, hot strip mill and cold rolling mill. The main equipment are supplied by well-known suppliers, such as VAI (Austria ), IHI ( Japan ), Andritz (Austria ), ABB ( Sweden ), TMEIC ( Japan ) , Siemens (Germany) and other top technology companies. The cold rolling plant is equipped with White Rolling, Annealing and Pickling Line (WRAPL), Coil Trimming Line (CTL), Hot Rolled Annealing and Pickling Line (HAPL), Coil Preparation Line ( CPL) , C.R. Annealing and Pickling Line (CAPL ), 20- High Cold Rolling Mill, etc. The WRAPL with yearly production capacity of 300,000 tons of cold roll coils is the newest, longest and highly competitive line in the world. The HAPL with annual output capacity of 800,000 tons of hot rolled white sheet is the only line in China which can process 10 mm thick coils. The hot rolling mill owns state-of-the-art technology with hot charging slab reheating furnace, roughing mill, coiler box, finishing mill and down coiler which is designed for rolling very thin gauge coils. To improve the quality of products and provide the flexibility for 400 series material the hot strip mill also equipped with batch annealing furnace and temper reduction mill. The steel making plant possesses most modern two/three step combine processes for melting and fine tuning the composition of different kind of stainless steel. It has electric arc furnace, AOD converter, VOD vessel, LD Refining facilities and slab continuous caster, slab grinders, etc.
LISCO invests to build modern utility and power system such as 220KV transformer station and water treatment plants, various anti-pollution equipments including the Mixed Acid Recycle System, high efficient monitor system, slag handling and alloy recovering system and water recycle program. LISCO well experienced in doing the environment protection it will be returned with low cost and better quality.
